Your first visit to Timber Creek Dental establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. To understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, payment policies and more. There's also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures. You can even save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment. If it's your first time at Timber Creek Dental please arrive ten minutes prior to schedule appointment time.

When requesting an appointment it's a simple process via our website. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment or your calling on behalf of a family member, give our office 24 hrs. notice. If you will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible to notify our front desk.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans such as; Aetna, Assurant, Beam Insurance, Best Life & Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage,Care First, Cigna, Companion Life, Connection Dental, Delta Dental, DNOA, Dominion Nat'l, Humana, Lincoln Financial, MetLife, Principal, SunLife Financial, United Concordia and United Healthcare.
We also accept discount plans such as; Dental Select, AmeriPlan.
If you need further assistance, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Timber Creek Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO/DMO) plans only PPO plans; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept cash, credit cards and CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
